CNC milling machines and a CNC lathe. These combined abilities enable us to
produce irregular shapes direct from your 2D or 3D drawings - accurately! |
| As evidence to our commitment to remain up to date with
technology, we are able to receive your drawings or solid models
electronically and apply toolpaths directly to them. This ensures what we
make is what you have drawn. |
| Aluminium tooling has been a speciality for a number of
years. The positive experience with this now established technology has led
us to maintain a watchful eye on new processes, and we are currently testing
the use of resin tooling. This is being achieved in partnership with product
designers and resin casting companies to make short run moulding as cost
effective as possible. |
| We also have the capacity to manufacture other types of
tooling. For example, we recently produced flypress tooling for automotive
parts. |
