November 2004.

A repeat order has been placed for the manufacture of high precision aluminium components. There are five small parts in a set, containing tapped holes as small as M2.

August 2004.

A new customer in the automotive industry has placed an order for production tooling. The brief is for a device to apply steam to the end product while ensuring health and safety aspects are covered.

June 2004.

Another design based on our generic tooling system has been produced. The success of this method has outstripped all expectation now that eleven designs are in production.

April 2004.

A suite of three tools has been created for the moulding of a trophy depicting a motorcyclist holding a trophy aloft. To create the biker, we utilised nickel shell technology allowing us to deal with the intricate data. picture

March 2004.

A tenth design based on our generic tooling system has been requested, proving this method of low cost tooling is working.

January 2004.

A three part coupling has been completed after extensive design work on our part. This involved the use of a ten start thread in part of the tooling.

December 2003.

Another design based on the generic tooling system has been completed, bringing the total number to nine.

August 2003.

We have now completed an eighth design based on generic tooling for a repeat customer. We are involved with the design as well as manufacture of the components.

We have recently completed a suite of 3 tools for the manufacture of rat bait boxes. These are complete with an anti-spill device so that if a box is tampered with, the poison remains safely contained. The original working models were produced in-house.

July 2003.

This month saw the investment in new computers continue with the purchase of two new systems. These will be used to run the Pathtrace EdgeCAM software used to drive our CNC machinery.

June 2003.

A Boy 22D moulding machine has been added to our manufacturing capacity.

February 2003.

A need was identified for protection to the water pump on the Scorpa trials motorcycle. We developed a shield, made the tooling and now manufacture and distribute the product complete with all the fixings required.
