We can read various CAD files direct into our Pathtrace EdgeCAM system. IGES DXF and DWG formats have all been used successfully as well as solid models. For CNC turning we use Dolphin programming software. We can receive files via email and produce cutter paths direct on your data reducing the possibility of errors during drawing reproduction.

Footwear moulds have been made since the company was formed in 1975. These complex 3D shapes and forms showcase our capabilities and skills. Some of these moulds utilise more than one material or colour further demonstrating our abilities with complicated assemblies.

Plastic injection moulding has become a cornerstone of our organisation and we intend to expand in this area with larger machines to compliment our current capacity.
